By accessing and using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Caya’s Corner is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.
For custom merchandise orders, we will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Once you approve the proof and production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
You are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax, use tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes associated with your purchase. We will collect such taxes where required by law.
We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a standard (non-custom) product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If you believe your custom order contains an error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Caya’s Corner or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Caya’s Corner regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
