We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days from the date of delivery cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
✓ Unused and in original condition – Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them
✓ Original packaging intact – All original packaging, tags, and materials must be included
✓ Proof of purchase – A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Any item that has been customized, personalized, or engraved with your logo, text, design, or branding
❌ Custom orders created specifically to your specifications
❌ Bulk or enterprise orders with personalized elements
Why? Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. We provide digital proofs for approval before production to ensure you’re satisfied with the design before we begin.
❌ Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
❌ Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
❌ Items without proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We gladly replace items that are defective or damaged.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products. If you’d like a different item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order.
All custom, personalized, and engraved orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except in cases of:
Why we require approval before production: We provide digital proofs for all custom orders to ensure complete satisfaction before we begin production. Once you approve the proof and production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you receive a defective or incorrect custom order: Contact us immediately at info@cayascorner.com within 7 days of delivery. We will remake your order at no charge or issue a full refund.
