RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Caya’s Corner, we want you to love every order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days from the date of delivery cannot be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in original condition – Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them
Original packaging intact – All original packaging, tags, and materials must be included
Proof of purchase – A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom & Personalized Products

❌ Any item that has been customized, personalized, or engraved with your logo, text, design, or branding
❌ Custom orders created specifically to your specifications
❌ Bulk or enterprise orders with personalized elements

Why? Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. We provide digital proofs for approval before production to ensure you’re satisfied with the design before we begin.

Other Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
❌ Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
❌ Items without proof of purchase

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion, if approved

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered:

Contact us immediately at cornercayas@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

We Will:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you, or
  • Issue a full refund including return shipping costs

Please Include

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us at cornercayas@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: We will provide you with:

  • Return authorization (if applicable)
  • Return shipping address
  • Any additional instructions

Step 3: Ship your item(s) back to the address provided

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • We made an error in your order

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error)
  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking

Refund Process

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. Inspection: We will inspect your return within 3-5 business days
  2. Notification: You will receive an email confirming receipt and approval/denial of your refund
  3. Refund Issued: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  4. Credit Applied: The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the timeframes above:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company – processing can take additional time
  3. Contact your bank – there may be processing delays on their end

Exchanges

We gladly replace items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at cornercayas@gmail.com with your order number and details
  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products. If you’d like a different item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • You will receive a gift credit or store credit for the value of the returned item
  • Once we receive the return, the credit will be issued to you

If the item was NOT marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser (gift giver)
  • The gift giver will be notified of the return

Custom Order Policy

All custom, personalized, and engraved orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damage during shipping
  • Error on our part (wrong design, incorrect personalization, etc.)

Why we require approval before production: We provide digital proofs for all custom orders to ensure complete satisfaction before we begin production. Once you approve the proof and production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you receive a defective or incorrect custom order: Contact us immediately at info@cayascorner.com within 7 days of delivery. We will remake your order at no charge or issue a full refund.
